WHAT IS CONSIDERED A BAD CUSTOMER?
We consider a bad customer to be one that does not give the seller a chance to fix a problem or provide a solution. A bad customer takes advantage of the generous return policies by others, such as Amazon, whether or not a refund is warranted.
USING THE DATA CAPTURED
This centralized database comprised of bad customers from information provided by online and ecommerce sellers will give you another tool to make a decision as to whether or not you want to fulfill that order.
Example: If you have an order that is large in dollars or something raises a red flag, use this database to search the address to see if another seller has reported it as being an issue. Although there is no guarantee that the address is bad or we will prevent a customer taking advantage, we do offer one more form of prevention.
